Jennifer Tran is a data scientist, certified psychological researcher, career coach, and counsellor-in-training with over a decade of experience helping organizations and individuals make better decisions through evidence-based insight. As an Asian immigrant, she brings a deep understanding of cultural transitions, identity shifts, and the complexity of navigating careers and leadership in new environments.

 

She has worked with leading global organizations including Google and Procter & Gamble, partnering with cross-functional teams across 16 countries to deliver actionable insights, strategy, procurement, and measurable impact. Jennifer also mentors individuals through career clarity, skill alignment, and end-to-end job application processes, helping them make intentional, informed decisions about their professional paths and lives.

 

Jennifer holds First-Class Honors in Mathematics and Economics from a world-class university and is currently completing a Master of Counseling. She integrates analytical rigor with psychological insight to transform, educate, and empower organizations and individuals with research-backed strategies that create real transformation and sustainable growth.
